"I had an amazing experience at Mehwish Almas! I visited four days in a row and had three massages — each one was absolutely perfect. The therapists are highly skilled, professional, and consistent in their quality. I also tried their hair wash and styling, as well as manicure and pedicure services, and everything was done beautifully and with great attention to detail. The overall service, atmosphere, and professionalism truly stand out. We’re now heading back to Denmark, but this will definitely be the first place I visit the next time I’m in Lahore. "Mavish Almaz used to be a prestigious salon, which is why I was a regular customer for a long time. Recently, however, I visited again after a gap and noticed several changes. While they have upgraded their pedicure and manicure section on the surface, the hygiene standards have unfortunately gone downhill. About a week ago, during my pedicure and manicure appointment, the manicure station itself was broken. More concerning was that the brush used for cleaning during the manicure was visibly dirty, with dead skin from previous clients still stuck to it. This is completely unacceptable. What alarmed me further was that the manicure kit was taken out from a side drawer in front of me instead of being removed from a proper sterilization machine (autoclave). When I questioned this, I was told it had just come out of the sanitizing machine, which was clearly not true. When I raised the issue, the response was simply that they would “clean it with tissue paper or a towel,” which shows a serious lack of understanding about hygiene and cross-contamination. In today’s world, where hygiene and sanitation are non-negotiable, this level of carelessness cannot be ignored. Some of the staff members are polite and well-behaved, but the management, unfortunately, seems more focused on covering up issues rather than addressing them professionally. Because of this experience, Mavish Almaz has lost me as a customer. I will not be visiting again, and I strongly believe the salon needs to urgently reassess its hygiene practices and management standards."

"The staff were absolutely lovely, i got a balayage and a keratin treatment. Aysha and Madiha were so lovely and made sure to stay behind much longer than the time they close in order to complete the whole process. Maryam and Fatima who assisted in completing my hair were also so lovely and sweet. All the staff were so patient and kind. Loved the experience as a whole"
