By using Tehvaar, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Role
Tehvaar acts as a facilitator only.
- We do not provide event services directly
- We do not guarantee vendor performance, pricing, or availability
- Any agreement is strictly between Customer and Vendor
3. User Accounts
Users must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain account security
- Not impersonate others
Tehvaar may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of terms
4. Vendor Listings
Vendors must:
- Ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Own or have rights to uploaded content
- Avoid misleading pricing or claims
Tehvaar reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject listings
- Remove inaccurate or low-quality listings
5. Inquiries & WhatsApp Integration
- User inquiries may be shared with vendors (including via WhatsApp)
- Tehvaar is not responsible for communication outside the platform
6. Reviews & Ratings
- Reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences
- Fake or misleading reviews may be removed
- Tehvaar reserves moderation rights
7. Payments (Future Scope)
If payments are introduced:
- Tehvaar may act as a payment intermediary
- Refunds and disputes will follow platform policies
- Vendors remain responsible for service delivery
8. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are fully responsible for:
- Service quality
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Legal compliance
9. Limitation of Liability
Tehvaar is not liable for:
- Vendor service failures
- Financial losses
- Event disruptions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
- Tehvaar owns all platform design, branding, and system content
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded content
11. Termination
Tehvaar may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these terms
- Fraud or abuse
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
